NUVIO Car Assist terms

NUVIO Car Assist is a free remote car advice service for private car owners, on WhatsApp at 06 19 70 37 97, Monday to Friday during business hours.

Every request gets a number (NUV-CA-…). You accept these terms with the “I agree” button sent with your first message; no advice is given before.

Advice is informative and given remotely, based on the information you provide. It is not a diagnosis, an inspection or a repair.

You alone decide whether to drive and which garage repairs your car. If in doubt about safety (brakes, steering, smoke, fuel smell, overheating), stop and call your roadside assistance or emergency services (15 / 19 / 177).

NUVIO gives no repair instructions on safety or high-voltage systems, no firm quotes, no opinion on non-partner garages and no legal advice.

NUVIO only recommends garages it has audited and that signed a quality agreement. Partner garages pay a membership to NUVIO; the proposed ranking depends only on quality, distance and availability, never on payment.

The chosen garage alone is responsible for the quote, the work and its warranty. NUVIO's liability is limited to the advice service.

Your case (symptoms, vehicle, first name and number) is sent to the garage only with your separate consent, and only for that job.

After your visit, NUVIO may ask for a rating and a comment. Ratings feed the garages' quality score; comments stay internal during the pilot. Ratings from numbers linked to the garage do not count.

Your number, first name (optional), vehicle, location (optional), messages, voice notes, photos, videos and ratings are processed to advise you, refer you and monitor garage quality. Proposed retention: requests 3 years, files 12 months, ratings anonymised after 3 years.
