Data we collect
Contact form: name, work email, company, phone (optional), service of interest, message, page of origin, campaign parameters, language and approximate country.
Technical hotline: workshop name, contact name, city, WhatsApp number, vehicle information, messages and files you send.
Client portal: name, professional email, organization, login and export history.
Website: cookie-less, aggregated audience statistics and performance measurements.
Purposes and legal basis
To answer your requests and prepare proposals (your consent and pre-contractual steps).
To provide the hotline and client portal services (contract).
To secure our services and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessed only by authorized NUVIO staff. We use these processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google (storage and email), Meta (WhatsApp), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection).
Some processors host data outside Morocco. These transfers are made under the conditions required by Law 09-08 and the CNDP.
Retention
Contact requests: 3 years without activity. Hotline tickets: 5 years. One-time codes: 24 hours. Temporary files and exports: 7 days. Technical logs: 12 months.

You may access, rectify and object to the processing of your data, and request its deletion, by writing to amine.elkabiri@nuviotec.dev. You may also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
